MAG Box Setup Guide
⚠️ We do not support MAG 2 Series devices.
Step 1 — Open Portal Settings
Connect and power on your MAG Box.
Navigate to:
Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals
Step 2 — Enter Portal URL
Enter the Portal URL provided in your activation email.
After entering the URL, press OK to save the settings.
The portal URL will be sent to your email address.
Step 3 — Restart Portal
Press the Home button on your remote control twice.
Then select:
Restart Portal / Reload Portal
An orange or yellow loading bar will appear on the screen. This means your device has been successfully connected.
Important Note
Please always check your SPAM / JUNK folder for service details and activation emails.
